Roles and Responsibilities
1. General Secretary / Asst. General secretary:
· To conduct Assembly
· Maintains Discipline in College
· Conveying messages given by Principal
· Supporting all the representatives to do their work promptly
2. Cultural Coordinator / Asst. Cultural Coordinator:
· To conduct meetings for cultural activities
· Encourage the students to participate in various Cultural Activities
· Identifying the talent of the students and bring out their hidden talent.
3. Magazine and Notice Board In-charge /Asst. Magazine and Notice Board In-charge:
· Publishing important events on Notice board
· Motivating students to write good thought on board daily.
· Display students innovations
· Checking and Updating college Website, Instagram and Facebook.
4. Sports/Community Service & Picnic In-charge/ Asst. Sports & Picnic In-charge:
· Emphasizing the importance of Physical Education to the students.
· Encouraging the students to participate in Sports and Games.
· Arrange Educational Visits
· Help the teacher in charge to arrange the Community/Social service.
· Arrange with team various awareness programmes in locality.
· Help to coordinate with NGO
